9. Lost or stolen tickets:

• The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

10. Force Majeure:

• The organizer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that may affect the event.
• In such cases, the event organizers will take appropriate measures and communicate with attendees.

11. Changing seats or location:

• Event management reserves the right to make changes to seating arrangements or venue layout.
• Attendees will be informed of important changes in advance.

12. Compliance with laws:

• Attendees must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during the event.
• Drinks and food are prohibited from entering the theater.
• One-time entry to the event. 
• The age allowed to attend is above 12 years.
• The entry of all types of tobacco products into the site.
• Guests are required to adhere to formal or modest attire appropriate to the nature of the venue. Wearing inappropriate clothing such as shorts, short garments, transparent clothing, or attire displaying offensive or unsuitable words or images is strictly prohibited.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading southeast on King Fahd Road, turning left onto Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd Road, then right onto Prince Mansour Street. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Al Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib Street, then turn right onto Najd Street. Continue along King Faisal Ibn Abd Al Aziz, follow the signs, and make the necessary turns as directed. GPS navigation is highly advised.
