Entry Conditions:

• The organizer reserves the right to expel any attendee from the event without prior notice.

• Individuals listed on the blacklist are strictly prohibited from entering the event venue.

• If your name is on the blacklist and you purchase a ticket, you will not be allowed entry under any circumstances, and the ticket will not be refunded.

• If a blacklisted individual is found using a different name or a fake account, the organizing company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.

ID Verification:

• The ticket holder’s name must exactly match their official ID to be granted entry.

Event Rules:

• Drink containers (e.g., flasks, refillable bottles, or beverage-specific containers) are strictly prohibited.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• No entry of swimsuit or wet clothes inside the lounge (indoor area)

• Placing a towel is mandatory on the sun bed

• The organizer has the full right to expel any visitor if he violates the laws and regulations or exceeds the limits of public morals. Tickets will not be refunded under any of the conditions.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable to a different date. 

• It is prohibited to photograph others, and legal measures will be taken if this happens

• It is strictly prohibited for those on the blacklist to enter the event, and your opposition to this will expose you to legal accountability  

• It is prohibited to exceed the limits designated for swimming  

• Pledge to follow the instructions followed by the organizing company, and in the event of a violation, the organizing company has the right to take action with the competent authorities.  

• Resale of tickets online is prohibited. If the ticket was purchased through a reseller and the tickets are deemed invalid, entry to the event will be denied. It is the customer's responsibility to be of the correct age required to enter the event.

• It is the responsibility of the customers to adhere to the appropriate dress code in the event that there is a specific dress set by the organizer.  

• If any customer is refused entry by the organizer, Platinum Concerts is not responsible for refunding the tickets. It is the client's responsibility to attend the event in a timely manner. Events not attended by Platinum Parties will not be refunded. Platinum Parties accepts no responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property, injury or any losses incurred at the party. Platinum Concerts will not be responsible for any lost or damaged tickets.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading south on King Fahd Road/Route 617 and making a U-turn. Driving along the route, 180 Beach Club will be on your right. GPS navigation is highly advised for a smooth and easy journey.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
